Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At Essence of Luxe Hair Collections, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted if an error was made on our behalf (incorrect item sent).
To request an exchange, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
All exchange requests must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your replacement item will be processed and shipped, and a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping & Processing
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders may take 7–10 business days to process prior to shipment. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has completed processing, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please understand that selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not shorten processing time.
Customers must allow the stated processing timeframe before inquiring about shipment status.
On-Hand Orders
All in-stock (on-hand) orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items require additional processing time and will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note: Essence of Luxe Hair Collections is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to USPS or the selected carrier.
Delays:
During major sales, federal holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays, please allow up to 21 business days for order processing and delivery.
