Our Supply Your Own Wig service allows you to send in a wig you’ve already purchased to be professionally customized by Essence of Luxe Hair Collections.

What’s Included:

All accepted wigs will receive:

    •    Bleached knots

    •    Custom plucking

    •    Baby hairs (upon request)

    •    Professional styling

Your unit will be fully customized, ready-to-wear, and finished to luxury standards.

Wig Requirements:

To ensure quality results, all wigs must meet the following requirements:

    •    Must be brand new

    •    Must be 100% human hair

    •    Frontals are accepted

    •    T-part wigs are NOT accepted

    •    13x4x1 wigs are NOT accepted (due to limited styling capability)

Please note: We do not accept wigs that have been previously worn, altered, cut, or colored.

Coloring Services:

If you are booking a coloring service, it is your responsibility to provide high-quality hair.

Essence of Luxe Hair Collections is not responsible for issues related to hair quality, including but not limited to shedding, tangling, or uneven color results.

If any concerns arise upon inspection of your unit, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping Instructions:

After your purchase, you will receive an email within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions on where to ship your wig.
